Right of Withdrawal – EU/France
This Right of Withdrawal policy applies to consumers located in the European Union, including France, who purchase services from https://poteeseos.com, provided by POTEESEOS LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N1, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. It supplements, and takes precedence over, any conflicting provisions of our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the period and to the extent described below.
1. Your 14-Day Right Of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or France, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days, without giving any reason and without penalty, starting from the date your order is confirmed.
2. Your Right Is Not Affected By Delivery Speed
Because our services (AI-powered SEO audits, competitor analysis, expert consulting, and related reports) are typically prepared and delivered within hours of payment and onboarding, delivery will normally occur well before the 14-day withdrawal period ends. We do not ask you to waive your right of withdrawal in exchange for this fast delivery. You keep your full 14-day right of withdrawal even after your deliverables have been sent to you.
For multi-month packages (3, 6, or 12 months), this 14-day right covers the entire package, measured once from your original purchase date – see Section 3 below.
3. Withdrawing After Delivery – Full Refund
If you withdraw within the 14-day period, you are entitled to a full refund of the price paid, even if your deliverables have already been sent to you. For multi-month packages specifically: this 14-day right applies to the initial 14 days following your order; any deliverables sent to you during that window do not reduce your refund if you withdraw in time. Once the 14-day period has ended without a withdrawal request, your purchase is final: remaining months will still be delivered on schedule, but no part of the package is refundable.
4. How To Exercise Your Right Of Withdrawal
To withdraw, send us a clear statement before the 14-day period ends, for example by email to info@poteeseos.com, or by using the Model Withdrawal Form below. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal request without delay.
5. Refunds Following Withdrawal
If you withdraw before we have started performing the service, you will receive a full refund. If you withdraw during performance, Section 3 above applies. In both cases, we will reimburse you within 14 days of being informed of your decision to withdraw, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction (via Stripe), unless you expressly agree otherwise. We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
6. After The Withdrawal Period
Once the 14-day withdrawal period has ended, this Right of Withdrawal policy no longer applies, and our standard Refund & Cancellation Policy governs any further cancellation or refund request.
