1. Overview

Potee SEOS provides digital SEO services, which may include AI-powered SEO audits, competitor analysis, expert SEO consulting, reports, strategy recommendations, and related support. All purchases made on poteeseos.com are one-time payments only, processed securely by Stripe. We do not charge customers on a recurring basis.

2. Delivery Of Services

All services are delivered digitally by email. No physical item is shipped. After we receive successful payment and the required onboarding information submitted through the checkout form, we typically begin delivering the relevant work within minutes, and no later than 24 hours, depending on the completeness of the submitted information and the selected package. Deliverables may include AI-powered SEO audit reports, competitor analysis reports, expert SEO recommendations, and related written insights or strategy guidance.

3. Monthly Deliverables For Multi-Month Packages

If you purchase a 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month package, your purchase covers the number of months selected at checkout. Deliverables for these packages are provided on a monthly schedule based on the original purchase date. For example, if a customer purchases a package on 11 April 2026, the next monthly deliverables will be due on or around the 11th day of each following month during the remaining term of that package. Each month’s deliverables are treated as that month’s fulfilled portion of the purchased package.

4. Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase date, regardless of whether deliverables have already been sent to you. This 14-day window applies whether or not your deliverables have already arrived – because our services are typically delivered within hours after payment and onboarding information are received, delivery speed does not reduce or affect your refund rights. After 14 calendar days from your purchase date, your purchase is final and no longer eligible for a refund.

5. Cancellation Before Delivery

Any order canceled before delivery, within the 14-day window described above, is refundable. If a customer requests cancellation before deliverables are sent, we will process the refund to the original payment method via Stripe, subject to successful payment settlement and any required verification.

6. Cancellation After Delivery

If you request a refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase date, you remain eligible for a full refund even if deliverables have already been sent to you. If a cancellation or refund request is made after that 14-day window, no refund will be approved.

7. Multi-Month Packages

For 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month packages, the 14-day refund window is measured once, from your original purchase date, and covers the entire package – it is not renewed or reset by later monthly deliverables. If you request a refund within 14 days of your original purchase, you receive a full refund and no further monthly deliverables will be sent. If you do not request a refund within that 14-day window, your purchase is final. Your remaining monthly deliverables will continue to be sent on schedule, but no part of the package is refundable from that point forward.

8. After The 14-Day Window

We do not offer account-based cancellation or partial-term refunds. The 14-day window described above is the only opportunity to cancel your purchase and receive a refund. Once that window has passed, all deliverables – including future months of a multi-month package – will continue to be provided as purchased, and none of the purchase price is refundable.

9. Duplicate Payments And Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error, charged more than once, or billed incorrectly, contact us promptly at info@poteeseos.com or +1 (307) 555-0142. If we confirm a genuine duplicate payment or billing error, we will correct it and issue any appropriate refund via Stripe back to your original payment method.

10. Client Cooperation And Onboarding Information

Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by a customer’s failure to provide the information required to begin fulfillment, including website URL, target country, competitor information, or any other onboarding details reasonably required to perform the service. If required information is missing or incomplete, delivery may be delayed until the necessary information is provided.

11. No Guaranteed Results

SEO results cannot be guaranteed. Refunds will not be granted solely because of dissatisfaction with ranking speed, lack of immediate traffic increase, lack of guaranteed first-page rankings, search engine algorithm changes, competitor actions, or broader market conditions. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that SEO performance depends on many factors outside our direct control.

12. Chargebacks And Payment Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with Stripe or your card issuer, you agree to contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly. If a chargeback or dispute is filed, we reserve the right to provide supporting documentation, including order records, communications, onboarding records, timestamps, proof of delivery, and copies of reports, recommendations, or other deliverables sent.

13. How To Request A Refund

To request a refund, contact us within 14 calendar days of your purchase date and include your full name, your order email, your order number, the service purchased, and the reason for your request.

For recordkeeping purposes, refund requests should be confirmed in writing by email.

14. Processing Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be sent to the original payment method used for purchase via Stripe. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.

15. Policy Visibility And Customer Agreement

This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any checkout disclosures shown before purchase. By completing a purchase on our website, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable terms, including this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

16. European Union / France – Right Of Withdrawal (Droit De Retractation)
