2. Services

Potee SEOS provides digital SEO services, which may include AI-powered SEO audits, competitor analysis, expert SEO consulting, reports and written recommendations, strategy guidance, and related digital support services. All services are delivered digitally by email. No physical products are shipped.

3. Eligibility

By using this Website or purchasing our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old; you have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement; the information you provide is accurate and complete; and you are authorized to act on behalf of yourself or the business for which you are purchasing services.

4. Orders And One-Time Payments

All purchases made on poteeseos.com are one-time payments only. We do not charge customers on a recurring basis. When you place an order, you agree to pay the full amount displayed at checkout for the selected package or service, in the currency shown at checkout.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order in our discretion, including where required information is incomplete, payment cannot be verified, the order appears fraudulent or abusive, or the service request falls outside our scope.

5. Delivery Of Services

All services are delivered digitally by email. After we receive successful payment and the required onboarding information submitted through the checkout form, we typically begin delivering your first deliverables within minutes, and no later than 24 hours, depending on the completeness of the submitted information and the selected package.

For 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month packages, deliverables are provided on a monthly schedule based on the original purchase date. For example, if a package is purchased on 11 April 2026, the next monthly deliverables will generally be due on or around the 11th day of each following month during the remaining term of the package.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To allow us to perform the services correctly, you agree to provide accurate and complete onboarding information, including where applicable: website URL, target country, competitor information, and any other information reasonably required to provide the service. You are responsible for submitting accurate information, monitoring the email address you provide, reviewing delivered materials promptly, and responding to any clarification requests where needed. If required information is missing, incomplete, or inaccurate, delivery may be delayed.

7. Refunds And Cancellations

Your purchase is subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: your purchase is refundable in full within 14 calendar days of purchase, regardless of delivery status; after 14 calendar days, your purchase is final and no longer eligible for a refund; for multi-month packages, this 14-day window applies once, to your original purchase date, and covers the entire package. 8. No Guaranteed Results

We do not guarantee any specific SEO outcome, including first-page rankings, specific traffic increases, lead generation results, conversion rates, revenue growth, or timing of results. SEO performance depends on many factors outside our direct control, including search engine algorithm changes, competition, site history, industry conditions, and implementation choices. Any examples, projections, or statements on the Website are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, branding, graphics, design, layout, logos, and service materials, is owned by or licensed to POTEESEOS LLC unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute Website content without permission; resell or sublicense our deliverables unless expressly authorized in writing; or use our materials to create competing services or misleading representations. Upon full payment, you may use the deliverables we provide for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

10. Client Materials

You retain ownership of the materials and information you provide to us, including your website information, business details, and related content. By submitting materials to us, you represent that you have the right to provide them, they do not infringe any third-party rights, and they may be used by us solely for the purpose of delivering the purchased services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, including France, this governing-law clause does not deprive you of the protection afforded to you by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
